Jordan Buckwald focuses on briefing appeals and case-dispositive motions, and preparing for oral arguments. She has served as second chair in multiple appellate oral arguments and has sat at counsel table for arguments before the Supreme Court of the United States. Her experience encompasses every phase of litigation, from initial pleadings and discovery through trial preparation and post-trial motions. She has also argued case-dispositive motions on behalf of clients.

Jordan has filed briefs in courts across the country, including the Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, Ninth, Eleventh, and D.C.
