Zach builds deep relationships with clients, allowing him to provide trusted, tailored legal advice in internal investigations, government enforcement actions, and proactive compliance reviews.

Zach Chalett represents multinational clients in investigations across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States. He has defended clients in domestic criminal and civil government enforcement actions involving the DOJ, the SEC, and state government agencies. 

He works closely with local counsel to defend clients in foreign jurisdictions and advises them in the technology, financial services, sports and entertainment, consumer products, energy, mining, and healthcare industries. Zach also counsels corporate clients on creating, implementing, and enhancing compliance programs and advises on strategies to proactively mitigate diverse legal risks. He has experience litigating complex commercial and bankruptcy cases in district and appellate courts.

Zach maintains an active pro bono practice. After graduating summa cum laude from New York University and prior to attending Yale Law School, Zach worked in politics and international development consulting. During law school, he served as a legal intern for the Honorable Judge Robert S. Lasnik of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
