Hiroyuki has extensive experience leading and managing domestic and cross-border transactions across the software, financial services, and insurance industries.

With a robust background in corporate law, Hiroyuki Koda has negotiated and drafted principal and ancillary documentation for public and private M&A, representing both strategic clients and private equity funds. He has advised clients through pre-acquisition planning, conducting thorough due diligence, and ensuring successful and cost-effective closings. He has experience overseeing the legal due diligence process and recommending strategies that secured favorable terms for clients.

After earning his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, Hiroyuki served as a law clerk for the Hon. James L. Canto II at the Unified Courts of Guam. In this capacity, he conducted in-depth research and drafted decisions and orders on a wide range of legal issues, including civil, criminal, property, probate, and family law.
